Due to the nature of merchandise (computer software) sold at our store, we can only offer replacement for the SAME TITLE, if you received a damaged item. There won't be any cash refund in any case. The boxed set software (not produced by us) cannot be returned if opened. All returned items subject to restocking fee upto 30% as determined in case by case basis.
